Happy New Year everyone!
I am happy to be back on my weekly blog schedule. This week I finished my newest minimate exclusive – the Zombie Decal Kit! As I was starting to design the first decal, I thought it might be fun to let my screen recorder save a video of the design, and then play it back at a higher speed. The video turned out well, and it played best at 4x the original speed, so that is what you will see in the video below. You can see a few places in the video where I changed my mind, and removed things that I had already added. I also tried to push the detail level really far, almost too far, just to see what it would look like. So this might not be the final design for this character. I will have more details on this kit in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, enjoy the video!
Please note that the screenshot seen in the video below is sometimes only from halfway through the video. He gets a ton of gory details added after this. You will have to get to the end of the video to see the final result, which is a lot cooler than this screenshot.
