Learning the Art of Molding and Casting

As you might have seen on my Facebook page, or over at the Minimate Multiverse, I am working on molding and casting a series of Minimate-sized dioramas. The first one is pictured above, and I will have at least 4 more dioramas ready to order in the next two weeks. This is a project I have had in the works for a few months, and most of that time was spent ironing out all of the kinks in the molding and casting process. I wanted to share part of that process with you today.

All About Airbrushing

Today I am proud to introduce Minimate Factory’s first guest writer, Punisher=D from MMV! He has written an excellent article on airbrushing, which is something I have not had a chance to experiment with. I would love to see more guest articles here, so if you would like to contribute, please contact me. With that said, I will hand the reigns over to Punisher:

Hey all, this is Punisher from MMMV talking about something that hasn’t been talked about here! Today’s article is all about airbrushing. I got my first airbrush Christmas of last year, and I will never look back. To start off, let’s take a look at the brush itself, along with all of the other materials you will need to spray your minimate.
